Our commitment
Vidlunnya, memory studio (sole proprietor Kotliar Yana Mykhailivna, registered in Ukraine), wants the Site https://vidlunnya.com, the Telegram bot and the Delivery Page to be usable by everyone — regardless of sight, hearing, motor ability or device. A family's memory should be accessible to the whole family, including those who use a screen reader, larger text or the keyboard alone.
Our target
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and check the Site against them with every material update.
What we do
- Contrast. Text and controls have sufficient contrast on light and dark backgrounds.
- Keyboard. Every action — choosing a Package, uploading photos, checkout, watching the Film — can be done from the keyboard; the focus is always visible.
- Alternative text. Images on the Site carry alt text; decorative images are marked as such.
- Titles in the Films. The Film contains no speech, only music; names, years and places appear as on-screen titles, and on request we send them as a separate text file.
- Fonts and scaling. Readable fonts, zoom to 200% without loss of content, a clear heading structure.
- No autoplay with sound. The Film on the Delivery Page does not start on its own with sound; the player can be operated from the keyboard.
- Clear forms. Fields are labelled, and errors are explained in words, not by colour alone.
Known limitations
- The sample videos on the home page have no captions: they contain no speech, only music.
- The before/after comparison slider is operated by mouse or touch; the keyboard alternative is the separate "before" and "after" images below the slider.
- Some PDF documents sent by e-mail may lack full screen-reader tagging; ask for a text version at hello@vidlunnya.com.
We are working on these limitations and update the list as we resolve them.
Another format, or help placing an Order
If any part of the Site is not accessible to you, we will help:
- we take your Order by phone at +380 97 075 34 46 or on Telegram at @vidlunnyastudio — we accept the photos and Descriptions and confirm everything in writing;
- we send the Film's titles and the Album's captions as a separate text file;
- we describe every scene of the Film in words if you cannot see the images;
- we provide the Site's documents in plain text format.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback: hello@vidlunnya.com, subject "Accessibility". We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and give a substantive reply within 5 business days.
Legal status of this statement
The Studio is a micro-enterprise. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, Article 4(5)) exempts micro-enterprises from its requirements for services, and this statement is voluntary. We apply those requirements anyway because we believe they are right, and we review our status every year. This statement is not the conclusion of an independent audit.
