Our commitment

Vidlunnya, memory studio (sole proprietor Kotliar Yana Mykhailivna, registered in Ukraine), wants the Site https://vidlunnya.com, the Telegram bot and the Delivery Page to be usable by everyone — regardless of sight, hearing, motor ability or device. A family's memory should be accessible to the whole family, including those who use a screen reader, larger text or the keyboard alone.

Our target

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and check the Site against them with every material update.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback: hello@vidlunnya.com, subject "Accessibility". We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and give a substantive reply within 5 business days.

The Studio is a micro-enterprise. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, Article 4(5)) exempts micro-enterprises from its requirements for services, and this statement is voluntary. We apply those requirements anyway because we believe they are right, and we review our status every year. This statement is not the conclusion of an independent audit.
